The AltLeft “Tea Party,” by Rabbit

The AltLeft “Tea Party”

Very nice new article about the Alt Left from Rabbit. I actually still like Rabbit. He is apparently not happy at with Trump. He described most of Trump’s Cabinet picks as “cringey” which is at the very least how I feel about them. Actually to me they are more like “”homicidal rage-inducing” but at this point, that’s a bit of a quibble. Rabbit is on the same page with all the rest of the Left on Trumpism except on the broad race, immigration and possibly trade policy stuff. But he already seems to be selling out the trade stuff horrendously. He’s selling out the immigration stuff too. Too bad the Mexicans aren’t going to pay for the wall. You and me are! Out of our pockets into the mitts of one of one of Trump’s billionaire pals via a rigged no-bid contract. Reverse Robin Hood again, but Reverse Robin Hood is all Trumpism is about anyway. Think about it. Real hard now.

and I don’t see how he could be given Rabbit’s base political beliefs. A lot of the rest of the left wing of the Alt Right has gone over to Trumpism, and to me, that’s all I need to sever ties with them once and for all.

The thing about Rabbit is the same thing that everyone gets wrong about the Alt Left. Rabbit is a Leftist, dammit. He really is a leftwinger. He’s a man of the Left. So many people just cannot wrap their heads around that. If you look at his views across the board, Rabbit is leftwing on just about everything but race and the Cultural Left, and even on the Cultural Left, he is with them on a lot more things than I am. Rabbit holds traditional leftwing notions on sexual orientation, gender identity, feminism, etc. He’s not a social conservative at all. In fact, he is to the left of me on a lot of that stuff. On the other hand, he seems personally red-pilled and he spent a lot of time in the Manosphere and the MGTOW movement before he drifted into the Alt Left.

If he’s leftwing on about everything but race and PC Culture, how the hell is he a rightwinger? I don’t see how missing one check box on the leftwing list of beliefs throws you out of the Left. Suppose we say Rabbit cannot be on the Left due to his views on race (a common notion). In fact, we say, his racial views make him a rightwinger no matter what else gets thrown into the mix. Ok, fine, cast him out.

He’s back over on the Right now. Rabbit gets handed the rightwing checklist. Whereas with the Left he failed to check one box, with the Right he fails to check 95% of the boxes. And somehow he’s rightwing? Forget it. Getting beyond left and right is said to be a well known trope of fascism, but so what? Maybe we do need to get beyond left and right and maybe we don’t have to be fascists to do that. In fact, the Alt Left is precisely all about getting beyond Left and Right to some extent, although we are still mostly on the Left. There’s nothing inherently wrong with heterogeneous politics, and this represents your average person’s views anyway. Homogeneous politics is synonymous with ideologues, and who needs them. Give me a sui generis heterogeneous political mix versus any sort of ideologue any day of the week.

Whatever you think of his stand on race, I believe that Rabbit is a very important thinker in our movement, and besides, let’s get real, race is only part of the package Rabbit is selling. You can still buy a custom package minus the race part. Furthermore, he is a superior chronicler and opinion-maker in our movement as a whole, and Rabbit doesn’t care if you don’t agree

It’s not often discussed, but I also like his media criticism, most of which centers around movie reviews. He has a quirky sense there too, focusing on films from the 1970’s. His architectural musings are also quite good, though I don’t know much about the subject. And there’s something about a guy who unironically lionizes Charles Manson

I also very much like his prose and also a lot of his quirky worldview. I am trained as an editor and Rabbit’s prose is what we call “clean copy.” You needn’t mark it up at all, and he’s saying it better than you the editor could anyway. The rules of English punctuation are quite arcane, and 95% of Americans screw them up. Rabbit’s pretty much got them down. You would think he was a J-major.

But as far as a writer goes, he is one of the finest writers in our movement. He’s a great writer! He should be published, and in fact, I believe he is just now as he deserves to be. As a writer, most of what I read is not really great writing. Only maybe 10% of the time do you read prose on the Net that truly sings right off the page. I don’t know if he’s better than I am, but it’s awful close. It’s at least a tossup, and that’s a compliment, as I dislike most other writers.

As long as he keeps away from racial slurs, his prose is worth it for the political theory and just for the pure aesthetic pleasure of it.

A lot of people want to throw Rabbit out of the movement. Funny because he just about co-founded it. Thing is, Rabbit ain’t going anywhere, nor should he. He’s staying right where he is whether we like it or not. Rabbit is stuck with the Alt Left, and we are stuck with him. We are stuck onto each other like damned remoras. And perhaps after all that is just as it should be.
teapartyalice

I know what you’re thinking, but no, I don’t mean “Tea Party” in the sense of the happy meal conservative movement that emerged in the early part of the Obama administration. Nor am I referring to anything relating to the Boston Tea Party or the American revolution.

I’m talking about the AltLeft and how for me it has come to resemble the tea party in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland (1972 version of course!) This film was always on HBO in the mid 1980s, even though it came out in the early 70s. I believe the reason they began to re-air it in the 80s was because the star, Fiona Fullerton, had grown up and re-emerged as a Bond girl in “A View to a Kill,” which came out in 1985.

Anyway, when I first got involved with the AltLeft about a year and a half ago, in my mind it was always meant to augment the AltRight, not outright oppose it. It was a way to view and examine the affects of multiculturalism and political correctness from a cultural and economically left lens as well as from a secular and futurist perspective rather than the radical traditionalist, socially conservative one that dominates rightwing circles. In other words, recognizing the implicit Whiteness that underpins the identities of progressive cities like Seattle or Portland, and asserting that it must become explicit to some degree in order for those places to maintain their culture, aesthetic and quality of life.

It was to put forth the idea that someone can be pro-White without the albatross of traditionally conservative culture, pre-modern aesthetics, capitalist economics, or widely accepted Republican historical dogma (“the 60s were bad,” “Vietnam draft dodgers were traitors,” “McCarthy was right,” “I hate modern architecture,” etc.)

If you hang around rightwing groups for any period of time, you’ll find they have an assumed historical narrative that informs many of their beliefs. I say “assumed,” because they just take it for granted that everyone who agrees with them one issue such as race also accepts their historical framing of a wide range of other issues such as economic systems, religious beliefs, or aesthetic preferences (just as someone on the “Left” might assume that anyone who supports trans rights and raising the minimum wage automatically accepts the idea that racial diversity is always a good thing.) Not everyone buys the package deal.

manson

Unfortunately, the AltLeft has instead attracted a wide range of bizarre characters, each with their own zany ideas about what the AltLeft should represent. Many of them never read any of the original manifestos that I or Robert Lindsay or anyone else wrote or bothered to do any research. They just started using the term like they’d started a new band without checking to see if some other band was already using the name. That would be understandable if this were the pre-Internet days, but it seriously only takes like two seconds to Google. Others actually did thoroughly read this site and somehow managed to come to the conclusion their peculiar ideology was compatible with mine, despite it being a complete mystery to me what exactly was the point of agreement.

The AltLeft has come to attract all kinds of eccentric personalities, each one adhering to their own pet belief system. Worse than that, many have joined the AltLeft for the purpose of militantly opposing the AltRight, which is something I never intended to do (hence the reason I still use the tagline “the left wing of the AltRight.”) Though I disagree with him on a few ideological points…I happen to support Richard Spencer, and I have defended him numerous times when certain squeamish (and often prudish) factions as well as a few prominent figures of the AltRight unsuccessfully tried to throw him under the bus.

So when I interact with other people in the incoherent “movement” known as the AltLeft, it feels a lot like the sitting down at the tea party in Alice in Wonderland. It’s a group of outlandish castouts, contrarians, and vagabonds that have little in creatural commonality other than their politically idiosyncratic tendencies and behavioral eccentricities. Part of me finds this demoralizing, wondering why I ever bothered going down this rabbit hole and whether I can just climb out and forget the whole adventure. Yet the other part of me just embraces the gathering of this zany cast of characters for the sheer chaos that they have unleashed as we bounce off-the-wall ideas past each other and revel at the sight confounded normies that stumble into our world.

Realist Left Replies to Robert Lindsay

Originally from my own site, then a response by Realist Left here on the Alt Left page on Facebook which is reprinted below, then Lord Keynes’ response below that, the latter two of which are reprinted below in this piece.

Robert Lindsay has an interesting post here on the Alt Left.

Realist Left (whose Twitter account is here) posted an excellent reply to this on the Alternative Left Facebook page, especially on the question of Marxism/Communism in the Alt Left:

A not-so-brief reply to Robert Lindsay with regards to the role of Communists, Anarchists, Marxists, the ‘Left Wing of the Alt-Right’, conservatives, etc. within the ‘Realist Left’ and ‘Alt Left’ in general (to the extent that we and I are a part of it).

I agree and yet also respectfully disagree.

To me, the anti-Regressive Left, anti-SJW, anti-post-structuralism/PoMo, etc. in many ways is the bait. People are sick of it from across the board, and if that means that Libertarians (cultural or ideological), populist-conservatives, moderates, or even the Left Wing of the Alt Right get attracted to it, all the better for us because that gives us a platform to listen to our economic views, which in popular discourse have been completely neglected. Ultimately though, our ‘base’ will be ‘liberal’, ‘Center-Left’, and the Non-Marxist ‘Left’.

In my experience, Communists, Anarchists, modern Marxists, etc. are a lot more trouble than they are worth. They’re tiny, and yet they’re incredibly divisive, prone to conflict and moreover give off a terrible message to anyone else given their cataclysmic human rights and economic failures.

We (or I at least) don’t want them around or to be influential, or to be the ones holding up the microphone for our groups (or at least mine). I especially don’t want them in any position of power or influence within our groups. They’re welcome to join, listen in. There’s even some room for Marxian analysis here or there when it’s interesting (and especially when it comes from those who are the most interesting and prescient, i.e. Kalecki, Baran & Sweezy). But I don’t want to hear about ‘bourgeoisie’, neo-imperialism, Labor Theory of Value or any other buzz-words and simplistic forms of analysis.

It doesn’t matter too much anyways, since most Marxists/Commies/Anarchists are themselves Regressives as well. So when the opportunity comes around to distance ourselves from Communists/Marxists/Anarchists, I’ll gladly do so. Castro is terrible; Stalin is far worse. The theory concerning the Falling Rate of Profit is wrong, and no, the Revolution is not coming.

Clearly, I do not put Ryan England/Agent Commie in this group. He, unlike many Marxists, has actually read Capital and articulates its good points. And of course he’s not really a Marxist/Commie as we all know.

Same thing goes for the ‘Left Wing of the Alt Right’ – you’re welcome to hang around, bash Regressive Leftists, et al, but I don’t want to hear about proactive White Identity politics, minority bashing, Jooish Conspiracy, etc. There is NO place for that here. Period.

I DO want more conservatives to read things like the Realist Left / Alternative Left or at least a certain type of them. I will always be against the Religious Right (of which the Reg-Left seems like the new moral puritans), against neoconservative hawkery, and I will of course always be against the ‘neoliberalism’ or worse, libertarianism and corporatism that’s found within modern ‘Conservative’ movements.

But you have to realize, ‘Conservatism’ is a VERY malleable concept. 150-200 years ago, Conservatism was busy trying to keep the last vestiges of feudalism, monarchy and agrarianism alive and even included protectionism and industrial policies. 40-60 years ago, we had ‘Tory Keynesianism’ and Nixon’s ‘We are all Keynesian now’. I’d like Conservatism to go back to being more sensible on economic policy and perhaps better on foreign policy too as they were. They may be more socially conservative or religious than we are, but that’s okay. Conservatism will always be around, so let’s try to make the best of it, instead of ceding it to the worst forces possible.

One extremely important thing is we absolutely cannot become another mirror image of ourself. We cannot become the Alt Right to the Regressive Left. We cannot become the Communists to the Fascists. We’re basically somewhere between the center and left, and we’re non-dogmatic about what the ‘truth’ is; rather we’d prefer to intellectually be in pursuit of the ‘truth’. Let’s not become another religion or ideology as has befallen so many of the others (Marxism, Intersectionality Feminism, Libertarianism, Neoliberalism, Alt-Right and Fascism).

– Realist Left, comment here.

Lord Keynes responds below:

Yes, this more or less nails it.

In my experience, a lot of Communists/Marxists and Anarchists are already utterly indoctrinated in Cultural Leftism and SJWism and so are doubly wrong – both on their cult-like Marxist ideology and Regressive Leftism.

There is something of value in Marx’s economic thought, as I have pointed out here, but you can strip out the insightful points and reject Marxism as a political ideology.

My own final thought in this is: we need to *reclaim* the Center. The political Center – at the moment – isn’t much to boast about. It’s mainly neoliberalism and Cultural Leftism-Lite.

Amren Talks about Me

New article on the Anti-Anti-White Left, a follow-up to a previous article on the same theme, discusses me, Rabbit and some other Lefties and liberals writing along somewhat the same lines that liberalism and the Left has to quit beating up White workers, calling them names and lecturing them about privilege.

From the piece:

2) There is some confusion about the term “alt-left.”

Among racially conscious whites, “alt-left” refers to the handful of race realists who also support leftist policies such as the welfare state and gun control. There are a few websites dedicated to their ideas, such as Robert Lindsay’s blog and AltLeft.com.

Outside of these circles, “alt-left” means something else. Once Hillary Clinton promoted the term “alt-right,” pro-Clinton writers began using “alt-left” to smear other leftist writers—generally pro-Sanders people—who criticized Mrs. Clinton’s derision of Trump supporters or her focus on identity politics. In short, “alt-left” is a Clintonite smear of what I am calling the anti-anti-white left.

The first two paragraphs are correct, but the third is completely wrong. But oh well.

One piece points out that while Trump did not offer laid-off Rust Belt workers much, Hillary offered them absolutely nothing at all other “retraining.” Retraining has been the go-to liberal solution to globalization and horrific trade deals by neoliberal Democrats like the Clintons and Obama for decades now. It didn’t work back then, and it’s not working now. For one thing, it appears that this retraining was never even implemented. For another thing, it is dubious if it will ever be implemented, especially in this climate. More importantly,  saying “We are going to retrain all the workers fired by these horrible trade deals,” is just liberal handwaving and virtue signaling. How bout never throwing them out of their jobs in the first place? How bout that?

Clintonian Democrat: “Hey, we are going to throw all you White people out of your good-paying jobs so the top 10% of the population can get even richer, but don’t worry, we will retrain you to do something else, like, um…I dunno? But don’t worry! We love you! Don’t forget to vote Democrat!”

White worker: “Why are you throwing me out of work to enrich one of my class enemies in the first place though? Whose side are you on anyway? Are you on the side of me or my class enemies? Make up your mind.”

Clintonian Democrat: Bla bla neoliberalism, bla bla free markets, bla bla failed socialism, bla bla socialist failure, bla bla the budget deficit, bla bla trade deals are good for consumers, bla bla the world is changing, bla bla you can’t run away from globalization, bla bla globalization is great and helps build strong bodies 12 different ways, bla bla didn’t you know that.

Bla bla of course you are our friends, bla bla but the rich are our friends too, bla bla these are wealth creator, bla bla these are the people who give you your jobs, bla bla what are you racist or something, bla bla protectionism doesn’t work, bla bla protectionism caused the Great Depression lie, bla bla we have to get hip and get with the program, bla bla we are part of a globalized world now there is no avoiding that.

Bla bla free trade deals are good for the “economy”, bla bla trade deals are good for “economic growth,” bla bla trade deals are good for the stock market, bla bla most people are now invested in the stock market, bla bla mom and pop investors, bla bla most workers are investors now through their 401K’s and pensions, bla bla the stock market is about all of us, bla bla we all get hurt when the stock market goes down,

Bla bla financialization is the future, bla bla FIRE industry is the future, bla bla sell debt and get rich, bla bla destroy companies for no reason and get rich, bla bla fire lots of workers and get rich, bla bla why don’t you go back to school, bla bla anyone can get rich, bla bla Horatio Alger, bla bla the American Way, the business of America is business, bla bla automation is killing your jobs not trade deals.

If you lost your job to an illegal that shows you’re a loser lol, bla bla you are all deplorable White people, bla bla check your privilege, bla bla vote for us we are for women, bla bla vote for us we are for gay people, bla bla vote for us we are for trannies and every other freak,  bla bla vote for us we are for Hispanics, bla bla vote for us we are for illegals, bla bla vote for us we are for immigrants, bla bla vote for us support diversity, bla bla vote for us support Black Lives Matter, bla bla don’t be racist now, bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla.

White worker: Bye, you’re not even talking to me. Trump’s awful, but at least he’s talking to me. Maybe what he’s selling won’t work, but you aren’t selling me a thing. So I’m voting for Trump. I may be a fool, but I’m not an idiot.

Liberal Race Realism, Precursor to the Alt Left

This was actually the precursor to the Alt Left. I started this ill-fated movement in 2009, seven years ago. I must say it was a complete flop. Virtually nobody signed on. And the few who called themselves Liberal Race Realists on here generally spent all their time engaging in the worst racist abuse and race-baiting of each other. Disgusting.

LRR ran into all of the same problems that the Alt Left is running into except more so. The Race Realist Alt Left and the Left Wing of the Alt Right (sort of the same thing) are both running into the same problems that LRR ran into. A good part of the Alt Left is already chucking the race realist part, which was actually one of the founding tenets of the Alt Left, but whatever. If people want to make some Alt Left minus the race realist part, I could care less.

There’s nothing to be gained for the Left in talking about race realism anyway. There’s nothing to be done about it, and all talking about it does is create more rightwingers and turn more liberals rightwing. What’s the point? Why feed the enemy and starve ourselves? Are we masochists? Are we bent on losing as part of some “beautiful loser” Romanticism?

I can see why a lot of the Alt Left wants to chuck the race realist part. It stands to tar our movement, which is already going to be called racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, etc., with the racist moniker in a bad way by painting a target right on our heads and calling it “Racist – Come Hit Me Please.”

At some point, I said that LRR had flopped, and I folded it up, only to turn it much more expansively into the Alt Left later on. The Alt Left has a Helluva lot more potential than LRR did, and let’s hope it grows!

What was LRR all about? The best definitions of it so far is from Hunter Wallace, the fine writer of Occidental Dissent:

A dash of race realism, positive White racial identity, the Leftist view of American history, anti-racism, and a base of liberalism.

Well, that is exactly what it was. And that is probably not a bad definition of my version of the Alt Left too. I could not write a more perfect summation.

More Wallace, summing up the problems inherent in the movement and predicting, accurately, that the movement would go nowhere, which is exactly where it went:

Robert Lindsay is still trying to bake his political cake out of incompatible ingredients: a dash of race realism, positive white racial identity, the leftist view of American history, anti-racism, and a base of liberalism. Needless to say, this unusual combination is almost never found on sale. His brand of race realism rules out about “95% of the pro-White crowd.” It’s probably more than that, really.

Which is odd. Lindsay has attracted many racialist readers (myself included) with his incisive observations. His blog entries have been featured on Amren. He is very fascinated with the pro-White scene and writes about it quite regularly. We agree on many points and matters of fact but tend to draw different conclusions. I don’t sense any duplicity in his writings that wafts off the likes of Lawrence Auster (Jew) or Ian Jobling.

In this post, Lindsay again talks about his anecdotal experience with the liberal stratum of White Californians and reiterates his often-stated view that White Nationalism is simply impossible in America. I don’t believe his sweeping conclusions are warranted by the sample size he is using.

Here in the South, I find most people around my age to be either “casual racists” or otherwise receptive to racialism. These people have never heard of White Nationalism. They tend to be uninterested in politics. Most are thinly Protestant Christians (rarely attend church). None are haunted by any sense of guilt over the Holocaust, Jim Crow, slavery, extermination of the Indians, oppression of women, etc. Most hold at least negative views about Negroes, illegal immigration, and affirmative action.

There is no organization on the ground trying to recruit them to White Nationalism. Instead, the movement is bottled up in cyberspace. Perhaps it will remain there indefinitely. Maybe that will change.

I would wager that White Nationalism has a better chance of breaking out into the mainstream (in the South) than Lindsay’s version of race realism. These days liberalism and racialism are mutually exclusive. Racialists don’t have much use for the Left and tend to jettison its neurotic obsessions with racism, feminism, homophobia, political correctness, all its talk about “freedom” and “equality,” and so on. Liberals don’t have any use for White racial consciousness (except in the negative sense), immigration restriction, opposition to affirmative action and multiculturalism, or any of ideas that animate White Nationalists.

After 1965, there is no longer any middle ground between the two. Whether it be neocon race realism (Jobling) or Liberal Race Realism (Lindsay), I don’t see much of an audience for a third way.

And here:

Robert Lindsay, the most interesting liberal in cyberspace, has done two interviews with Voice of Reason. He used to be a regular commentator on OD in 2009.

Lindsay is notable for his attempt to integrate communism, anti-racism, race realism, and White Advocacy. He is a critic of Zionist Jews and White Nationalism. His rhetorical scatter shot hits targets on both the Right and Left.

LRR remains in part of the Alt Left – for the most part in the Left Wing of the Alt Left. I was thinking that Rabbit’s movement was sort of the stepchild of LRR. In fact, Rabbit is LRR with some modifications, but he’s taking it a lot further than I did. Indeed, Rabbit has said that he read my site for many years while I was writing pre-Alt Left stuff, and he links back to a report of an early interview with me that was discussed on Occidental Dissent.

But people might want to read about LRR to see a movement that laid the groundwork for the Alt Left and was in fact the Alt Left in its initial limited manifestation. So LRR is interesting for historical reasons if for no other.

Peter Frost Discusses My Work

Here.

Peter Frost is an excellent race realist anthropologist. I think he is a working academic. He is as smart as the Devil. Brilliant man.

This is my post that he critiques.

Lindsay, R. (2010). The Head Size/IQ/Race Trainwreck, March 11

He sort of handwaves it away, but I think I am onto something.

I noticed certain things. First of all, Amerindian IQ is generally set at 87 all up and down the Americas. Yet their head sizes are all over the place, from large to small. OK, their heads range from large to small, but their IQ’s are all the same? Something wrong with the theory.

Here is his quote. My work is in italics below:

There has not been much comment on the Beals, Smith, and Dodd (1984) article. The most substantive one seems to be a blog post by Robert Lindsay (2010) who calls their map a “train wreck” for claims that cranial capacity correlates with IQ:

White racists like to make a big deal about the supposed correlation between head size and intelligence and race. A nice little chart showing the basically dishonest portrayal they attempt based on cherry-picking data is below.

Methinks that Lindsay takes the fine details on that map a bit too seriously. Many of the details are simply creative extrapolation and infilling; otherwise, the map roughly corresponds with world distribution of mean IQ. Furthermore, no one is claiming that cranial capacity is the only determinant of IQ. There are undoubtedly many others: cortical surface area, myelinization of nerve fibers, relative importance of domain-general thinking, etc.

But he does make a good point about the Amerindian data.

As you can see, in the Americas, there is no good evidence whatsoever for head size and IQ. I am not aware that Amerindian IQ varies in the Americas. The average is apparently 87 across the continent. If anyone can show me that it varies by latitude, please do.

Agreed. No one can, for now. But a hypothesis is not false because no one has bothered to test it.

Right.

But there are quite a few other holes in this theory. South Indians and Vietnamese have the same sized heads. South Indian IQ = 82, and Vietnamese IQ = 99. How does that work? Heads the same size and one SD difference in IQ? What?

Ugandans/ Kenyans and Italians have the same sized heads. Ugandans and Kenyans have the largest heads in Africa. Now that I think about it, Masai heads do look quite large. Ugandan/Kenyan IQ = 68, and Italian IQ = 103. OK, now we have heads of the same size and a 35 point or over 2 SD difference in IQ? Huh? I suppose you can argue that Ugandans have huge heads but there’s not a lot inside of them except maybe air. Or you can argue that the Ugandan brains are not very specialized, and Italians have much more specialized brains. I suspect this may be the case with Vietnamese too.

After all, you can have a huge car that is junk and a smaller car that is one of the finest on Earth. It’s all down to the specialization and micro-detail. And I suspect it’s not just head size alone. We know full well that certain more modern parts of the brain are correlated much more with advanced thinking than other parts of the brain are. The prefrontal cortex is one of those – it hardly exists in apes, but it’s full blown in man. And there are structures within the PFC than are even more specialized than the PFC itself. Maybe it’s not the size of the brain but the type and quality of the machinery inside of it?

This becomes quite clear when we notice that Eskimos have the biggest heads of all, yet their IQ is only 91, just above the world average of 89. 91 is not a bad IQ, but one would expect more from the people with the biggest heads on Earth, no? Usually the explanation is that a huge portion of the Eskimo brain has gone over to visuospatial, which is actually proven in experiments that show how Eskimos can find their way even in the most confusing wind, snow and ice-filled landscapes.

Aborigines also have superb visuospatial skills, some of the finest of all mankind. They got this from having evolved in the trackless desert that in terms of familiar objects and markers is probably not a whole lot different from the Arctic. So if you have a huge brain but a lot of that larger size is gone over to something like visuospatial, then that won’t do a lot for your IQ.

On the other hand, there goes your theory! We are already finding exceptions and handwaving them away.

Nevertheless, I think that the theory is good in sort of a broad and general way, possibly with a number of exceptions. The exceptions may be down to some large brains having huge areas gone over to certain specialized things that don’t do much for IQ and some small brains possibly being as good as large ones in that perhaps they are very specialized or have a lot of micro-machinery of very good quality in their heads.

All in all, not a bad theory, but beware of the exceptions minefield.

New Interview with Me Up: Robert Stark Interviews Alt Left Blogger Ryan Englund

I am actually one of the interviewers on the show along with Rabbit, von Goldstein and Stark. All in all, this was a truly fantastic show ,and I have a great deal of respect for all three of these men.

Rabbit has always been very nice and respectful towards me, and I respect him for that. I also think he is a fine writer with some good ideas.

Alex von Goldstein was also on. Although he is Jewish, he is probably the most Alt Right of all of us. He also is quite smart, and I gained new respect for him on this show.

Ryan Englund is a brilliant new member of the Alt Left who has rapidly risen to become one of its stars. I honestly cannot believe how smart and learned he is. Of all four of us on the show, he may well have been the smartest and most educated person there. He’s a really nice guy, he’s very easy to get along with, he’s sane, rational, stable and calm, and he’s also a very smart political strategist (I’m not the most diplomatic person out there, so I’m probably not really great at politics). At the moment, I would say that Ryan is one of the leaders of the movement. Although I founded it and Rabbit was the next early adopter, nearly Rabbit nor I put in nearly the work on it that Ryan does.

Robert Stark Interviews Alt Left Blogger Ryan Englund

Robert Stark, Alex von Goldstein, Rabbit, and Alt Left founder Robert Lindsay talk to Ryan Englund. Ryan is from Alberta, Canada, and blogs at Samizdat Chronicles.

Topics include:

Ryan’s political journey and his early experiences with censorship from both the Right and Left.

Robert Stark, Rabbit, and Alex von Goldstein Talk about the 2nd Presidential Debate, Milo & the Alt Left

Here and clickable title below.

This is a great show with Stark, Rabbit and von Goldstein. It’s not an interview – instead it’s just them discussing various things. They discuss me a fair amount here, so obviously it’s a great interview! Yay!

The first half they are mostly talking about Trump and Hillary and the election. All three of them support Trump, but the things they attack Hillary on are absolutely correct. She does indeed represent the worst of the Right and the Left.

They go on to discuss social democracy, health care models, and Trump and Hillary on US foreign policy in Syria.

They then go on to talk about the Alt Left a lot, including Rabbit’s piece, A Proposal to Go Away which takes on the newer Alt Left entryists who have heavily taken over the movement and are moving it away from Rabbit’s and my alternating views on either White advocacy, race realism, the Jewish Question, gender realism, Pedophile Mass Hysteria or other taboo topics some of which Rabbit and I have specialized in.

Rabbit takes offense to one of the entryists saying that Rabbit’s wing does not even belong on the Alt Left at all, when Rabbit practically founded the movement! Rabbit is a bit outraged about that. He also notes that the same person said that I might be ok, while Rabbit isn’t. Rabbit points out that I am not so sweet and innocent either and that I am tainted like he is. He makes the point that the whole idea of the Alt Left was to be a Left where you could talk about all sorts of taboo topics like race and gender realism, Red Pillism, MRA’s, PUA/Game, anti-feminism, sexual orientation realism, gender identity realism, etc.

Rabbit notes that first of all, I have been writing about Left Race Realism for a very long time – up to seven years. He also notes that if you go back and look at my older stuff you will find all sorts of incendiary material on Jewish influence, my being attracted to teenage girls (no apologies folks), etc.

In discussing Ryan England’s article, Rabbit, Stark and von Goldstein all agree that they would be on the Left Wing of the Alt Right. Rabbit also notes that he likes Ryan, and I agree. I like him very much. Actually this is still probably the biggest wing at the moment and the biggest Alt Left group on Facebook is apparently a problematic Left Wing of the Alt Group. They talk about Rabbit’s article about how Milo, whoever he is, is not one of us. He’s not Alt Right for sure, and no way on Earth is he Alt Left. They then go on to discuss why Rabbit never felt at home on the Alt Right – for much the same reasons I never did either.

They also discuss Retro Futurism, New Retro Wave, Synthwave, etc. and how some on the Alt Right are adopting some of these movements. Honestly, I have no idea what these movements are at all.

Robert Stark, Rabbit, and Alex von Goldstein Talk about the 2nd Presidential Debate, Milo & the Alt Left

Trump’s debate performance far exceeded the first debate and was consistent yet combative from the beginning.
How despite that, Trump did more to solidify his base rather than appeal to undecided voters.
How Trump responded to the leaked lewd comments of his.
Trump vows to get rid of the carried interest loophole, despite his support for tax cuts for the top 1%.
WikiLeaks Dump: Hillary Dreams of ‘Open Trade and Open Borders.
Excerpts from $Hilary Clinton$’s $Wall Street Speeches$.
How Hillary Clinton represent the worst of both the left and right (corporate plutocracy, anti-worker, anti-white and male discrimination, and neoconservative foreign policy).
In contrast, Bernie Sanders proposed policies that would have benefited the working and middle classes and like Trump posed a threat to the establishment.
How the political ideal would be to combine the best aspects of Trump and Sanders (ex. Radical Centrism).
How Trump’s economic policies are not ideal, but he is going as far as he can within the limits of the GOP’s Overton Window.
Health care in the debate, how Trump focused on criticizing Obamacare but only briefly touched on his proposal to allow insurance companies to compete over state lines.
Robert’s point that in the American health care model you’re screwed if you can’t afford health care, but in the public model in England where he lived, everyone gets health care, but the quality is not the same as private hospitals in the United States.
Rabbit’s point that socialized medicine works best in small homogeneous societies but not on a large scale in the United States.
Robert’s point that the Swiss Model for Health Care is the best of the existing models, but ideally insurance should be a usury-free public utility.
Trump correctly admitted that Russia, Iran and Assad are a counter balance to ISIS and Wahhabism to the dismay of GOP foreign policy hawks.
Why there needs to be restrictions on democracy.
Rabbit’s article A Proposal To Go Away about the Alt Left and how many of the new members are saying that Rabbit isn’t Alt Left, despite his being involved much longer.
How Alt Left founder Robert Lindsay has been involved in Left Race Realism for a long time.
The article Sub Types on the Alternative Left, and how Rabbit as well as Robert and Alex fit into the Left Wing of the Alt Right.
How the Trump’s campaign, Milo, and Breitbart are bringing mainline conservatives into the Alt-Right, and the Alt-Left is attracting disaffected Bernie Sanders supporters who still hold onto a degree of Political Correctness.
Rabbit’s article Milo Inc. – Not One of Ours Either about how Milo is a mainstream capitalist conservative, is not Alt -Right, and supports importing foreign tech workers and neoconservative foreign policy.
How despite that, Milo has been useful in trolling Political Correctness.
How Rabbit’s socially liberal views and interest in futurism and modern art often make him feel out of place in the Alt-Right.
Robert’s point that the Alt-Right is adopting Retro Futurism, New Retro Wave/Synthwave, and Vaporwave  (ex. Alt-Right Synthwave Artist Xurious).
Rabbit’s response that they are attracted to the aesthetics and popular memes but still hold onto reactionary traditionalist views.

Game/PUA: New Radio Show with Me Up

Here is a new radio show with me. Daryl Basarab and I discuss the whole Alpha/Beta/Omega thing. We have some differences of opinion on it, but overall, it’s a great discussion.

Daryl Basarab: I disagree with “Game theory” because different PUA’s use completely different game. Robert Lindsay befriends females and slowly sneaks up on them romantically while Return of Kings advises you to do the opposite. Here’s my take: It’s not as much the motus operandi as the amount of time you devote to it. If you talk to a bunch of women in clubs and bars, eventually you’re going to find women who want to engage in sexual acts. Is it really worth the time investment? I answer that question with no.

In the radio program, I made my point that prostitution if done on street corners is a good value. If you make $40k a year, that’s about $20 bucks an hour. If you spend five hours in a club, you’ve clearly exceeded the $20 bucks on the corner.

Lots of talk about PUA/Game stuff if you are into that, especially something I call Friendzone Game, which is something I came up with. This is basically a Game to run when you are more or less friendzoned by a woman so you can take it out of the Friendzone and into sex/relationship, etc.

We also discuss what Alpha/Beta/Omega, etc. are all about. Basarab thinks they have more to do with Status, Money, Power, etc., but I opt more for Looks and pure Game. So yes, Donald Trump got women via Status, Money, Power and Fame, but he’s also good-looking, and I imagine he has some insanely killer Game too.

People who become Alpha simply by running into a lot of money, such as Omegas like Bill Gates becoming Alpha simply by becoming rich and famous are not real pure Alphas in my opinion. Those are what you might call Artificial Alphas. You take all that money away, and that guy is back to being an Omega again.

There are also what I would call “Synthetic Alphas.” These men are not really Alphas, but they can fake it pretty good. They are able to fake it good enough that it pretty much works. The old fake it til you make it thing. I’m not sure if people can tell the difference between a pure Alpha and a good faker.

Now to me, a pure Alpha is not dependent on Money, Status, Power or any of that. He’s the guy who walks into the room, and most of the women in the room think, “Oh I want that guy!” That’s the pure Alpha. And the pure Alphas don’t even need money. Many Alphas are poor and never have any money. Many others are criminals. Jails and prisons are full of Alphas. Even in to middle age, many Alphas are living in cheap apartments and driving older cars. Yet these guys still continue to date beautiful women. I would say that an Alpha could even get women if he’s homeless.

I also point out that the Alpha/Beta/Omega thing is only useful for sex and romance between males and females, and it has little other utility outside of that. I suppose even male society breaks down into Alphas, Beta, Omegas, etc. but it’s not as rigid or even as brutal as the terms that females place on us. I have not thought much about Alpha/Beta/Omega stuff with men, but I suppose there’s a possible useful theory out there.

I’m just not interested in hierarchy among men. I suppose I am sort of a Sigma in that regard.

My attitude towards my male competition is generally, “LOL. What competition? You see any competition? I don’t.” To me there’s no such thing as male competition. I’m not sure if I actually think I am better than other men so much that I think I’m hot stuff, and the other guys are simply not even in the picture. Some highly accomplished males might be on my level, but in that case, we are comrades or wingmen and not competitors. I like life better that way. I don’t want to get into the whole male hierarchy thing of bettering and one-upping other men. It seems like it just makes you always frustrated and never satisfied, and it probably gives you a heart attack in the end.

I don’t want to fight other guys anyway. I would rather have females fight over me. I have always said:

  • Betas fight over women. Alphas have females fighting over them.
  • Betas spend money to buy women’s affection. Alphas have females trying to buy their affection.
  • Betas buy women gifts. Alphas get gifts from women.
  • Betas support women. Alphas get supported by women.

Now we tend to think men like this are assholes, and they are in some ways, but that’s Alphas for you. Alphas are not very nice. It’s no accident that penitentiaries are full of them.

I would say that if females are fighting over you, you’re Alpha. If females are buying you gifts all the time, you’re Alpha. If you are living off women instead of the other way around, you’re Alpha. As you can see, Alphas turn normal male Game dynamic on its head.

Male society is dominated by males competing for women among other things. It’s all about men fighting each other for women, trying to buy women, supporting women, etc. The guy who fights off the other guys gets the woman. The guy who buys the most gifts gets the women. The guy who supports women the best gets the women.

Alphas have completely dropped out of normal male society and have turned the whole thing upside down on its head. They invert reality. It’s actually quite amazing.

I also point out that Alphas need Looks and Game usually. Looks minus Game is nearly worthless. I have known guys who were the best looking men in town who went 10-20 years without even one date. Game  minus Looks is just about worthless too. An unattractive man can have the greatest Game on Earth, and it won’t do him the slightest lick of good.

Basarab felt that there was nothing much to Game, and if you just put yourself out there enough, you would get women. He felt that men only had good Game in that they put in a tremendous amount of effort into getting women. Beyond that, he conceded that men with good Game probably had good social skills.

I argue that there is way more to Game than that, and I feel that Game is so deep and complex that you could nearly write an encyclopedia about it. Men with good Game do a lot more than put in the time, and anyway, incel forums are full of men putting in a lot of effort trying to get women forever and having no luck at all. And there’s way more to it than just good social skills. I know lots of men with good social skills who don’t have much Game at all. Their Game is pretty much zero.

The PUA sites are correct to see Game as a science to be studied like any other science.

I have always said that women are chess. It has never been easy for me to get women, and I am apparently pretty good at it. But even back when I was very good at it, it still was not easy.

Women simply don’t put out the way that men want them to. The heterosexual dating scene is not the gay male dating science. There is no guarantee of getting laid even if you go to a bar or nightclub.

If it was that easy to get hot women, why is there a whore market? There’s a whore market because women deliberately create a sex shortage and ration out sex very carefully, generally in return for love or some sort of provisioning. The whore market exists because of the economic conditions created by artificial scarcity that women have deliberately created to in essence drive up the price of pussy as high as possible.

The near-hysterical women’s rantings about “pedophilia” for men who in perfectly natural and normal fashion pursue jailbait teenage girl is also economically related – it’s related to the pussy market. Simply put, women fear the competition of jailbait teenage girls. If teenage girls were more available, more men would flock to them, and in a number of cases, JB’s would out-compete women for men. Flooding the pussy market with jailbaits serves to create an abundance of cheap pussy (as teenage girls hardly cost a nickel) and serves to in effect drive down the price of pussy that the women wish to keep as high as possible.

As I said, women are chess.

All relationships with women must be Gamed. Even your wife or girlfriend must be Gamed constantly. The only way to keep the relationship going smoothly at all is to run continuous Game on even your wife or live-in girlfriend. It is true that once you get close to a woman, you can relax your Game somewhat, but you still need to be cautious. Women are very sensitive creatures, and they get hurt and upset very easily. I have blown up whole relationships with a single sentence.

When I am with a woman, I am typically quite calculating, at least until I get very close to her. I carefully think about most things that I say or do. I am not spontaneous at all because to me spontaneity ruins relationships by causing you to say and do stupid things without thinking.

Seduction is a performance. It is a performance art. Not all men are good actors or even actors at all. Some few men are born actors, but the finest actors of all, the stars of the silver screen, are few and far between. As it is in celluloid, so it is in Game. Men with superlative Game are more common than great actors, but they are still not common. It’s a fine art and skill to be honed over a lifetime, and most men never get extremely good at it. Those few who do should be studied as one studies the greats in Acting School.

SJW’s Don’t Like Me

Here.

It’s getting to the point where being publicly insulted by this crowd is a compliment, not an insult.

Internet Hindus Don’t Like Me

Oh noes!

Some people are just mean! Oh dear, what is one to do?

What could be worse than being insulted by Indian ultranationalists and Hindutwadis?  One shudders to think!

Let’s see what they called me: chutiya?, White Supremacist, degenerate Hindu hater (RL: Thank you), huge faggot, Lundsay?, toxic person, skinny, formerly homeless, degenerate fag, and maderchod?.

Robert Lindsay is a White American and a degenerate Hindu hater. He will take any opportunity to bash Indians and Hindus. He’s essentially an Abrahamic supremacist. Thank you for the kind words, sir.

He is definitely a huge faggot. A Randian once posted Lundsay’s blog on r/india, saying that we must not look at those “harsh words” and rather self-reflect. Self-reflect, my ass. Try it some time for once.

Lol, I remember sending multiple email death threats to Robert when I was pissed off reading his anti-India posts. He bans people from his blog for disagreeing with him, perfect twat to become a Randian mod. I was 17 back then. I never had encountered such a toxic person. Why thank you.

He’s a skinny white 50 year old who used to be homeless, who cares what that degenerate fag thinks?  Indeed.

Who the Fuck is this Lindsay? The hater is right about the shitting though. It’s a fucking deep cultural malaise. I have traveled to piss poor countries and even they don’t have this massive problem of shitting on the roads or indeed stuff like absolutely disrespecting road rules and all that. One word: Designated!
