    Thanks for posting that Reason article on the collegiate thought reform movement, BAG. I wasn’t very familiar with Jane Elliott before. She’s repulsive, and has had an influence Tim Wise can only dream of. I found a good article in the Guardian about her:

    This section, about one of her “blue eye/brown eye” workshops, nails her insidiousness:

    In truth, no one plays their roles particularly convincingly, and the experiment ends in ill-feeling and confusion. Elliott puts the failure down to the presence of TV cameras and says she won’t allow the exercise to be filmed again. But perhaps the real problem is that all the participants are genuine volunteers, and role-play works best when there is some form of coercion, for example, when you are obliged to attend by your employer. In that circumstance, Elliott wields some real power and, as footage shows in the documentary, she can be savage, reducing grown men and women to tears, all along in the certain conviction that it is good for them. “Many people go away knowing a whole lot more than they did when they came in,” she says. “And not just white people. Many people of colour think the whole thing is an accident. It’s not an accident. It’s what we do. It’s how we perpetuate our power.”

    Leaving aside exactly why this self-perpetuating white power structure would institute diversity training and employ people such as Elliott, it still doesn’t explain why she needs to target individuals with such ferocity in her exercises.

    There you have it. Elliott can only get the emotional response she wants from people who are forced to attend by the corporations they work for. She is accepting payment from corporations that assert ownership over a worker’s private thoughts. Some lefty! It’s real brave of her to bully people who can’t talk back for fear of losing their jobs. I’m sure that’s exactly what Emma Goldman had in mind.

    Corporations and schools, who are supposedly so invested in the white power structure, spend millions on these workshops. That crackpot Edwin J. Nichols, who thinks that whites were genetically formed by the Ice Age to be cold and unfeeling, got at least $20,000 from the University of Michigan.

    If the USA is defined by institutional racism, why is the corporate backbone of the racist power structure so eager to make all these anti-racist activists rich? Ultimately, how is this bitch any different from rent seeking banksters?

      Exactly. That, along with the fact that education (particularly higher education) is anti-Western and infested by postmodernists/deconstructionists is probably the main reason why I don’t buy the whole “white privilege” theory.

      I can’t think of any non-Western country where the “dominant group” is incessantly criticized, delegitimized, taught that they are uniquely and pathologically evil, and told that they must never say anything bad about supposedly powerless groups, while those groups can say anything they want about us. Why is it that Tim Wise and Jane Elliot, but not Jared Taylor, are the ones who get paid by corporations and are frequently invited embraced by the MSM and college campuses?

      Jane Elliot is a bitch, and Tim Wise is an asshole. It’s no coincidence that all these crusading cultural leftists are a bunch of self-absorbed pricks.

        White privilege as they describe it does exist. Whites are more likely to have an uncle who can help them get a start in some business, etc.

        The question I’d ask these people is, how do you measure the effects of institutional racism/white privilege? They’d probably say that all racial inequality is an effect, because races and ethnies are naturally equal. But then why are some groups more successful than whites? Is it because of Jewish privilege and Asian privilege? I guess that’s when they’d call you a racist, but it would be nice to get the question out there.

    Robert, I think you should do a topic about wiggers; about what motivates them, and whether society should accept them or not.

    Personally, I’ve never really been a true, full-time wigger. And at 30, I may be too old to start. Yet I’m tempted. When I was growing up, acting black was all the rage and almost everyone did it to some degree. Myself included. Often times I’ll slip up in my otherwise normal white dialect and say something like “this muffuckah” at work is getting on my nerves, or “dat nigga” down the street throws great parties, even if the people in question are white. I frequently refer to my caucasian acquaintances and friends as “my nigga/s”.

    Once in a while, I’ll even spend an hour or two just acting black (assuming no strangers can hear me), and it feels great. I almost wish that I was black. Have you ever tried it, Robert? It is excellent therapy for those otherwise lacking in self-confidence.

    Just finished watching that Turkish film “Valley of the Wolves: Palestine.”

    I must say, I was emotionally conflicted. While I have no love for Israel, I have no love for Turks either. Is it just me, or is there something about Turks masquerading as anti-colonial, humanitarian freedom fighters that’s bothersome? I highly doubt most Turks give a shit about the Palestinians.

      I used to know a Turkish (secular Muslim) girl who occasionally traveled to Israel on business and who was fanatically pro-Israel – more Zionist than the Jews. She said that she saw some talk show on Turkish TV where the topic was the poor oppressed Palestinians and their courageous resistance to the Zionists, and the Turks in the audience were appalled at the Palestinians’ tactics. People in the audience were shouting, “If you want to blow yourselves up, fine, but how dare you send your children to do that?!”

    What’s ironic is that genetically, ashkenazis are pretty damn close to Anatolians, even more so than to the Palestinians.

      I don’t think Turks are anti-Semitic, at least not the secular ones. I’ve known Jews from Turkey who have only positive things to say about life there. Granted, that was years ago, it might have changed.

      I was in Istanbul for a weekend vacation years ago with my Israeli wife, so I was an “Israeli” for the weekend, which was kind of funny – being called “Shalom, Yossi!” (“Hello, Joe!” in Hebrew). When we were at the bazaar near the leather jackets and oriental carpets (popular with Israelis) the vendors called out “Shalom!,” and when we walked pass the gold jewelry they called out to my wife, “Señora!”. Anyway, I didn’t notice any hostility from Turks, there or anywhere else, but definitely some hostility from other tourists there, who I think were from Iran. Back then at least, Turks didn’t seem hostile towards Israelis at all; not like, say, Mexicans towards Americans.

    From the trailer I get the impression that the thesis of the documentary is that Yugoslavia was targeted purely for economic reasons as it represented a functional socialist economy different from that of the USSR.

    I agree that Darfur is more of a tribal conflict than an Arab/Black conflict, and I find the Save Darfur insincere at best. Still American Blacks who have adopted the Palestinian cause on the basis that they are a people of color are deluded.     I never said that a group who is deprived must be impoverished. But I do find it a bit unsettling that Gazans seem to possess the latest technology. If Gazans do not have access to food or running water how do they get their hands on the latest updated technology, better yet, if Israel shut down their electricity and their means of communication, how do they document the supposed atrocities that the IDF commits?

    The Palestinians can not have it both ways. They can not claim to be an advanced, educated, cultured society and at the same time play the victim card and not take responsibility for their actions (just for the record I would say the same thing to Israelis.)

      Respectfully disagree with that “can’t have it both ways”. Seems to make sense, but…no.

      In the U.S. homeless people have cellphones and internet access, so do people on welfare, disability. No money to speak of, might be living on hot dogs, but they have high-tech stuff (tv, computer) because these things are much easier to get than food, water, and shelter. Yes, even the poor are high-tech now- there is no contradiction.

      If my water pump failed, or if my grocery store closed, food and water would be serious problems. But I’d still have high tech gadgets.

      The argument you outline is interesting but is slightly similar to the Republican assertion that the U.S. poor aren’t really poor because they have shitty cars, cell phones, computers and flat-screens. Nice try, but electronics don’t equal quality of life.

          When I said the Palestinians can’t have it both ways, I was referring to the fact that they along with other Levantine and North African Arabs like to portray themselves as more advanced, educated and cultured than the more “backward” Arabs in the gulf or non Arab Muslims that they consider inferior, such as Africans or South Asians. If Palestinians want to portray themselves as more educated, cultured, and technologically advanced than those other groups, then they have to shed their idealogy as well, and take responsibility for those who do.

      Actually, an advanced, educated, cultured society like The Jews in General can’t play the victim card either, according to this logic! Do you agree with that? I would think not.

      Futher, why would an advanced society have to give up its political ideology (beacause its one that you abhorr) in order to claim to be “advanced”? It doesn’t follow.

      What makes Guatemalans different? Well, I don’t think a foreign invading force occupied Guatemala 50 years ago, throwing them off their land and forcing them into tiny strips land and refugee camps, all while claiming that they owned the land 2,000 years ago, so its all cool. That might be one difference, for starters.

      The issue of Israel, Israelis and perhaps Jews in general playing the victim card is actually very different- Jews are not poor (ok, some Russian Jews are the exception) and are not being persecuted. But the Holocaust will allow them to play the victim card for another 50 -100 years, no matter what.

        They were denied acccess to medical supplies and other bare necceseties, not video games and gadgets. It seems the IDF doesn’t share your priorities; but its best to trust their judgement as they’ve got quite an impressive resume in dishing out suffering and oppression.

        If you read my previous posts, you’ll see I’m very critical of the jewish establishment, the Israeli libby, and prolonged holocaust guilt. Many so called progressive jews will not admit diaspora jewry’s role in keeping Israel a float, but I am part of a younger generation so I have no problem with it. Where I differ from other progressive Jews is that I don’t have romantic fantasies about the Palestinians.

          I personally am not in love with the Pallies, Arabs or Muslims in general. But I do have a softer spot for victim vs, the victimizer in most situations. And 95 percent of the world sees the Pallies as the victims- the fact that they are being victimized by others claiming victimhood is even more unappealing. Many people support Pallies because they are so disgusted with Israel’s behavior, not because the Pallies are so likeable themselves.

          So, I don’t blame you for not loving the Pallies. I was just prodding to see what rationales were taking place. I am aware of your stated positions previously- wish there were a few million more like you, actually.

I also take issue with Arabs and Muslims living in the West, who are using the Palestinian, Iraqi, Afghan, and now the Libyan plight as a means of inciting hatred for the West and promoting their culture and religion. I often come across Muslims bragging about how Islam is the fatest growing religion and will overtake Christianity as it is on the decline. The reaon for the growing presence is the large birthrate and recruits among naive leftists, angry blacks and white societal recluses who are obsessed with the occult. That’s nothing to gloat about.

          I am more willing to be critical of Jewish organizations than most so called progressive jews. I’d like to address a few points about what you said. My main criticism is that you lump all these organizations together even though they are practiced by isolated segments of the Jewish communities. The organ trade, which was run by Syrian jews (who are by far the most repulsive) was widely criticized by mainstream Jews. You cite the African slave trade as an example of jewish dominance. I can tell you that most jews that were involved were Sephardic and today the same people who would lambast jews for their supposed dominance of the African slave trade, would also point to their decendents as an example of an “oppressed minority” within the Jewish community because they are a people of color but this is by far not the case. Leftists whites and people of color like to give Sephardim a free pass because they are a people of color, instead focusing Ashkenazim. The truth is that many of the Sephardic jews are right wing. Many hate crimes against Palestinians, Ethiopians, and guest workers are perpetrated by Sephardic jews.

          You say Israel is the sex slavery capital of the world. This is hardly true. Sex slavery is more rampant in most parts of the world, than it is in Israel, and these women aren’t entirely innocent. I find it hard to believe that they don’t know what they are getting into when they sign on. Prostitution predates Judaism and pornography would have been discovered and developed and become wide spread if Judaism had never been invented. Today it is more wide spread and practiced by various cultures not just jews. jews like you cited are few and ar beyond. Most Jews go into pornography for the money, not to denigrate Christianity.

          I tend to be weary when I hear about how conversions to Islam are soaring in Europe Muslims overplay and overhype it to intimidate locals. I don’t believe it is quite as common as claim and is not for the reasons they hope for. White Europeans convert to Islam to assuage European colonial guilt as many Germans have converted to Judaism for this same reason. Blacks and Hispanics do it out of anger and rebellion and others embrace Islam simply because Islam is portrayed negatively and they have a fascination with the occult.

          I would say that it depends on what happens while they are muslames. If the woman gets knocked up by her muslame husband/boyfriend and abandoned she will most likely become an anti-white/anti-western radical like white women who get knocked up by blacks and abandoned.           As far as white converts go….they do exist. It seems that some high school losers have abandoned the goth facepaint and put on the veil. I was at a local gas station last weekend and saw one of the latest converts: the fatttest white girl ever. She was wearing veils all over and only here face and hands were showing. I don;t think normal veils fit her, so they sent to Arabia and got a Bedouin tent to throw over her. Oh well, at least the Nation of Islam will be happy.

      The answer is obvious, but no one asks why Jackson, a Christian minister, wants a (nominally at least) Christian country to fling its borders wide open to everyone, no matter how hostile they are to Christianity or European culture. There are oppressed Christians all over the world, but I’ve never heard Jackson mention them. It appears that to Jackson, the only thing that matters to him is for Sweden to be multiracial, i.e. not white.

      He doesn’t care about Sweden’s rejection of its Christian roots; he just wants them to suffer for having been racist at one time, even if it means that Sweden becomes a majority non-Christian country. His desire to get back at whitey is somewhat understandable, but it has nothing to do with his professed religion of Christianity.

I’m not going to say there’s an even distribution, but 150/22 is roughly 7 known members a state. What a joke. Even if there are more unkown members, that would still be nothing compared to gangs like MS-13. White racist gangs are an total joke as far as size goes, but they have to be mentioned to keep the “flame” of violent white racism in the minds of americans. The past few decades demonstrate how silly people like Myrdal were. In the past few decades, racist attacks and such have declined dramatically and, to some, holding “racist” attitudes is a almost a crime punishable by death. People have shelled out trillions to help blacks and blacks have been given preferential treatment in many areas. Over this period blacks have got more violent and more depraved, though this has lessened somewhat since the end of the 1990s. This whole time groups like east asians and people from India have come to america and shot to the top of the income brackets despite the supposed racist enviroment blacks like to ramble about. People who look at the black community and don’t want their neighborhood/city to be overtaken by it are not closet nazis just waiting to burst out and start throwing people into ovens. They;re people who don’t want their neighborhoods and lives to go into the toilet. I don’t know about what California was like decades ago compared to now, but I can tell you that compared to St. Louis 40-50 years (or anytime, any place) St. Louis of the current day is a complete and utter shithole, and it is largely the fault of blacks. Blacks may only be 13-14 percent of the american populace, but they are a majority of the city populace and a signifigant portion of the county populace. They are very violent here (on top of being, for the most part, rude and obnoxious) and conmpletely ruined the St. Louis School System. In The northern part of St. Louis, the population density is quite low for being in a major urban area. This is becuase 1) blacks drove everyone one else out and 2) blacks have actually destroyed many of the buildings by burning them down or through other methods. EasT St. Louis Illinois is even worse. The school system is so bad that the only people who live in the city (other than blacks) are: people who can afford private schools, faggots, old people with no kids, yuppies who haven’t had kids yet. During the last decade some people tried to claim that the city was getting better. The 2010 census revealed that the city had lost 8% of it’s populaiton in the last decade. People don’t want to live around them so they go to these far flung suburbs and worsen the problem of suburban sprawl.           The preferred black chicken outlet is Popeye’s. Louisiana cajun. I think Popeye’s has positioned itself as the “black” chicken, marketing wise. Go into any Popeye’s restaurant. Colonel Sanders is too old South. I’d be surprised if blacks take to KFC. At least with Popeye’s around. Sanders is also very Asian looking. Asians seem take to his image pretty easy and KFC is very popular in Asia.

        Not really. That’s a misconception based on recent western european history. Colonization involves founding colonies and sending settlers. Russia colonized much of the Central Asian steppe and there was no ocean between it and Russia. If we accepted the idea that colonization imples maritime distance then techinically someone could conquer all of Eurasia and send settlers everywhere and never be called a colonialist.

      There were many positive aspects of Yemeni Aliyah as well. It is interesting to note that the first Yemeni jews migrated to the Holy Land as religious pilgrims in the early 1700′s, long before Zionism had been conceived. You’d never hear a self styled progressive jew admit that Temani aliyah predated Ashkenazi aliyah, I had to do my own research on the subject matter. Furthermore, polygamy and physical abuse were very common in Yemen, and Sephardic culture is still patriarchal and closed minded.

        Certainly true. Their inability to compete with cheaper and more efficient Arab workers plagued them from day one. Ultimately, Jewish elites in the Yishuv put aside ethnic loyalty in favor or economic self-interest.

        Studies on the “conquest of labor” and “conquest of land” document the struggles of Ashkenazi settlers to find stable work while at the same time maintaining their European standard of living. That, in addition to their economically Socialist views, did not make their adjustment to Palestinian living conditions easy.

        It should be noted that Yemeni Jews were brought in during the second Aliyah for these reasons. On the one hand, since they were native to the MIddle East and were therefore “natural workers” who could work for Arab wages, they could fulfill labor needs. But since they were also fellow Jews, they could bolster the Jewish demographic balance in Palestine.

        Of course, they were ultimately excluded from the Histadrut and other Hebrew labor organizations, and came to be seen as competition rather than Jewish comrades.

        For much of Israel’s history, it was a very frugal country, which had to ration resources, particularly water. At the same time, it was relatively advanced and the wealth that it did have was evenly distributed.

        Following the implementation of neoliberal economic policies following the ascendancy of the Likud, Israeli became a more affluent country. It also goes without saying that their control of the West Bank and access to vital water resources played a role.

        But of course, like neoliberalism does everywhere, economic inequality soared, the situation of Mizrahi workers and Arabs worsened, and the country lost much of its safety net.

        Regarding the 18th century Aliyah of Yemeni Jews, it must be pointed out that it was of a profoundly different nature.

        Whereas the Aliyah of those Yemeni Jews was religious, the Zionist movement was a secular ethnonationalist movement, having little to do with the actual religion of Judaism.

    Brotherhood, community and a deep sense of belonging. These are some of the most common reasons listed by converts, atleast from my experience. Also I never got the impression that white muslims despise their racial identity.

      Ever notice how few people give Turkey shit over the Armenian genocide, or the Japanese over the Rape of Nanking, Comfort Women, etc? And you know why? It’s because they don’t allow themselves to be given any shit over it. They don’t even acknowledge what they did, let alone apologize or grovel.

      Compare that to Germany, which has fallen over itself apologizing and paying reparations. And guess what? It’s been to no avail. Germans continue to be viciously demonized as Nazi bigots and continue to be told that they’re not allowed to define their nationality in ethnic terms (though this has affected all white Europeans, not just Germans).

      Japan, on the other hand, has not been shaken down and is allowed to enjoy a nationalistic identity, a few self-righteous articles in the NY times notwithstanding.

      As Wade once said a while back, whites need to internalize the saying “no good deed goes unpunished.” Those who try to do good will be criticized for not being paragons of virtue, while those who just say fuck it will go unchallenged. Whites need to stop apologizing, stop groveling, and simply STOP CARING about the butthurt feelings of non-whites. By that, I don’t mean completely ignore them. Oh no. It’s important to know what they think, if only to understand them. But STOP CARING.

      As odious as he is, Donald Rumsfeld was right when he said that weakness is a provocation, and right now the white Western world comes across as weak, and certain non-whites react accordingly.

        I believe that a big part of this has to do with being occupied. The soviet occupied east was obviously going to be anti-german because the USSR was the hardest hit. The west was plauged, especially later on, by the fact that the jews have so much influence in the US and Britain saw Germany as a geopolitical threat for decades before WWII. Japan was in a better position. It surrendered unconditionally, but was not overrun like Germany. Two cities destroyed by nukes doesn’t compare to the complete overrunning and occupation of much of Germany. Of course, the communist hadn’t taken over part of Japan either. While Germany does seem to have its traitors, I don’t believe that they’re pussies like white americans. I believe they will survive, but they will have to cooperate with their neighbors.

      As I understand it, the islamic slave trade took a larger number of africans from east africa than the transatlantic trade took from west africa, but took the slaves over a longer time period. Also, many slaves taken from western africa were originally taken by other africans as prisoners of war (particularly Dahomey). If someone wants ot complain about social effects they need to talk first and foremost to the blacks of west africa.

      As far as types of slavery…….a slave is a slave. A slave taken from an area has the same effect on the area no matter what the conditions they’re kept in once taken. Also, given that slave revolts did occur in the muslim world, I doubt it was the cheery enterprise some would have us think.

        To hear some people tell it, Islamic slavery was a gentle affair, akin to indentured servitude. Oh sure, they were slaves, but they were ultimately treated as human, and even set free!

        (I recall the debates on Abagond’s blog a while back on this issue)

        I’m not accusing Dota of anything, because I generally get along with him pretty well/think he’s reasonable. He also generally seems to admire Western civilization.

        I just think there’s this mentality that white Europeans/Western civilization are somehow uniquely evil/brutal.

          It’s actually not strict. The ancient Chinese were very natural, Taoist. Confucianism is a male ordered subset of nature (Taoism). Kinda like that.
          Whites have an image of the Chinese being stern, from images of the 30s, 40s, 50s, etc. Mostly wartime images, revolution time images. These images come to dominate interpretation of Chinese text. LOL. But hey, no big deal. If whites can’t interpret East Asia correctly, we’ll do all the interpreting for you.

          Confucious was apparently fairly light spirited even though he existed in China’s “Warring Times”.

I used to have a Confucian flatmate – from Malaysia – he was like a delicate flower. There aren’t many genuine devout Confucians left, and I can’t say I’m surprised.

          I attended elementary school with a lot of Koreans, Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese so of course these cultures were well integrated into our curriculum. The white liberal teachers went to great lengths to incorporate Asian culture into curriculum even within math problems. One thing I remember is that Japanese used to abandon the elderly and cast them off into the wilderness to fend for themselves in their old age.

    I know the Southern Russian regions before it was conquered by Russia clans were involved in the slave trade raiding on behalf of Ottoman Turks for at least a hundred years.

    This is true. Think of it in terms of fishing. If you fish a conservative amount over a long period of time, you end up with more fish and not mess up the eco-system. Overfishing in a short time window will screw up the eco-system. This is why Western slavery devastated African culture whereas Islamic slavery did not have the same material/cultural impact on it.

    Also, the Arabs could be quite brutal towards their slaves, this sort of brutality is also recorded in Islamic tradition, I’m trying to apologise for Islamic slavery, it too sucked.

    I wish to apologize for the callous analogy I’ve used above, I’m not equating African slavery with fishing nor am I arguing that Blacks are in any way inferior as human beings.

    Not entirely true. Confucianism places a great deal of emphasis on individual actions as well. It stresses proper behaviour, civic sense and ettiquette. In addition, Mencius stressed that Man (or Man’s nature) is essentially good at the core, a view which is certainly compatible with western thinking. Mencius is my favourite philosopher, right after Xenophanes.

    I also agree with the rest of you regarding fag shit and feminism. Asians have been smart to avoid them both like the plague.

      A few years ago I read a survey of Chinese philosophy and I was amazed at how some of these dudes from 500 BC or even before could have been talking to us today. All due respect to the Greeks, but the Chinese seem to have settled all that s–t and moved on to the really important stuff. I was really a bore for several months trying to get my friends to read it. And it’s not at all what the average Westerner thinks it is. These dudes philosophized with a chainsaw.

That’s why Asians produce a lot of engineers/computer programmers/scientists but very few artists, entrepreneurs, writers (in proportion to their size.) And the culture they do produce often resembles that of Western culture, like the K Pop video you posted here.

          I think K Pop is great and only on the surface like Western pop music. For one thing you get superior flow of dance, song, harmonics, choreography and just number of members in a group. And it’s got a warmth to it that people can relate to. I guess that’s why it is so popular with Latins. But western music is more diverse in style.music is better in quality just more diverse in style and more original.           You should know that conceits and exaggerations are a big part of Korean culture. You can get a sense of that just by looking at North Korea’s propaganda. The Korean guy was exaggerating also playing up to the reporter’s expectations. Playing up to people’s expectations is also (a bad) habit of Koreans. Even among Koreans who have more international experience. I can’t speak for Koreans because I don’t live there, but do have quite a lot of experience with them as friends, co-workers, relatives, etc.
          On a scale of 1-10, with 10 as highest, Jews probably rate about 7. Whatever the fuck that means. About where a good Japanese Sushi chef would rate. OK?

      It is VERY uptight and prudish. But then again, some of the things we regard as off the table may strike them the same way. It depends what you regard as important. Respect for elders is huge in East Asian cultures, so many of the rules surrounding intergenerational etiquette may strike us that way. But then again, Asians seem to have no trouble (in my admittedly limited experience, 1 year teaching English in Taiwan after I got out of college) asking personal questions and offering very frank assessments of others’ dress, deportment, etc. that would strike us as utterly rude. Also, old school Asians will discuss their bowel movements in detail and compare notes, the way we might talk about the new diet we’re on… So, to repeat the old and tiresome cliche, everything is relative.

    Diane Ravitch and Bill Gates are basically 2 sides of the same coin. I don’t blame teachers for failure in poor school districts, the teaching profession should not be exalted and teachers should not necessarily be regarded as selfless and heroic.

    Since teaching is a low paying profession, people go into it for idealogical reasons. I find that teachers tend to fall into three categories. Those who genuinely care about their students, though some may be misguided about what their students want. Those who are motivated in their field or idealogy and tend to push it on their students, and those who take advantage of their power.

        I’m still gathering evidence about him, but it appears he was pro-Israel, very critical of Islam, and a regular poster at Jihad Watch, Gates of Vienna, Fjordman and Pamela Geller’s Atlas Shrugged. I’ve seen people quote Norwegian language articles that he was attempting to move conservatives in an antiracist, pro-gay, pro-Israel direction. So he’s apparently just a neocon freeper, and not at all the neo-Nazi white nationalist stereotype.       Actually I think this is important fact and one of his primary motivations was the influx of Muslim immigration into Europe and there high birth rate to that of native Europeans changing the demographic structure of non-Muslim countries which is largely pushed by Jewish pro-Zionist forces on the internet.

    When Breivik writes that “indigenous Europeans” are committing “cultural suicide” by accommodating these migrants, he displays the typical ignorance of Nazism – they have no sense of the long centuries of interaction across the continents, of the mechanisms of colonial ideology that continued those interactions amidst the growth of a toxic racism, and of the recent histories of polycultural social life that has become so important to the lives of people in his own Europe.

    There are several things wrong with this.

    For starters, I don’t know about you, but I think it takes some nerve for him to put “indigenous Europeans” in quotes.

    Nobody ever questions the indigenous status of other groups of people. Whether it’s the American Indians or the Palestinians, these lefties take for granted that as indigenous peoples, they have an automatic claim to the land.

    Nobody ever gives other indigenous peoples the whole “long history of global interaction” crap. Their indigenous status is taken for granted.

    And what “long centuries?” The presence of large numbers of Muslims in places like Norway and Sweden is a relatively recent phenomenon, engineered by that country’s elites. Besides, the people of Europe never got to vote on the Islamization of their countries, just like Prashad’s precious Palestinians never got to vote on the arrival of Jewish immigrants.

    And finally, he very predictably invokes the history of colonialism in order to guilt-trip Europeans and tell them that they have no legitimate claim to their lands, and that their countries are for everyone.

    Excuse me?! But last time I checked, Norway was never a colonial power. Ditto for Sweden and other Scandinavian countries. Even Ireland, a country that was never a colonial power but a long abused colony itself, is now flooded with non-white hordes. Go through Dublin, and much of it is little Nigeria.

    Huax is a strange one. Most of the Chinese that I’ve ever known in Canada tend to be extremely a-political.       Why it is ridiculous that 84 members of congress are taking an all expenses paid trip to Israel. If they travelling to get Israeli companies to build factories in the US I wouldn’t mind but I seriously doubt that’s the case.

    But Orthodox jews are not a problem. As Gay Area Guy has noted, they’re not behind the Israeli lobby or the neo conservative movement or the cult of multiculturalism and insane political correctness or promotion of gangster culture and promiscuity. They have have little representation in the the government, corporate world, and media. Though many live below the poverty line, they make up a tiny fraction of welfare recipients even in the state of New York. They tend to be clannish and have had a history of property tax evasion by claiming their property is religious property but they do little damage in the scheme of things compared to secular jews. There have been some cases of domestic abuse but Orthodox women are generally not prohibited from working and many go to work to support their families while their husbands study in kollel. Many Orthodox girls of my generation go to college and a significantly large number study biology enter health science professions. Unlike fundamentalists of other faiths, Orthodox jews are not prohibited from studying the sciences or theories that contradict creationism.

      I would propose eliminating the traditional academic BA and allowing students who are fresh out of high school to attend professional schools or career training programs right away. Intelligent and motivated students could do their Pre Med/Pre Law/Pre MBA requirements while they are still in high school. I would eliminate much of the “busy work” that is required of students (gen ed requirements, mandatory extracurricular activities and community service) and allow high school students to get after school jobs and college students to do paid internships and co op programs to help pay off loans. Allow low income students or those with other responsibilities to do much of their course work online.
      Increased school time keeps students out of the work force and keeps them financially dependent on their parents.

      1. The Law of Entropy is bullshit. As are a whole lot of other things people take for granted.
      2. The theory of evolution is obvious, once you know what to look for.
      3. Time doesn’t have a past, present, future.
      4. Everyone is immortal. This one is actually obvious.
      5. There is no such thing as exponential growth in finance. At some point it will come crashing down. Wall Street is bullshit.
      6. Races exist, but they only exist because other races exist. And this is what makes race absolute.
      7. Some people peak at 15, others at 25, others at 40, others at 60.
      8. Verbal power is the power of the few. Visual power is the power of the many.
      9. Black is dark, yellow is limited, white is pointy, brown is pervasive.
      10. Germans are savvy, Slavs are sneaky, WASPs are venal.
      11. God is good.
      12. Men don’t really understand women until they can get over the need to hump them. This doesn’t occur in most men until about 40.

      Bunch of other great and not so great stuff.

      It’s a bubble in that there are certain manias driven up the cost of the expensive schools. Like USC and private schooling is 40K a year. This surely has to do with some schools devaluing the college degree. Or a glut of college students. There really isn’t any reason USC should be that expensive.
      You need a better quality control system, make the college degree meaningful again so that people don’t have to pursue advanced degrees in order not to feel empty inside. Not that advanced degrees are necessariy going to help either. I’ve seen plenty of underemployed PhDs, JDs. Ones teaching in prep, or JDs without jobs. Life’s always messy, but seems like people could get a handle on the value of college better if they had sample of college. The internet could help in this way. Make a robust public and private educational space of the internet. Get the lawyers out of the way as much as possible. In fact close the bottom half law schools in the US.

      To be clear, the JQ is important, to a certain extent. Trying to understand cultural marxism and anti-white multiculturalism without understanding the Jewish Question is like someone who wants become a basketball commentator (well, unlikely due to the lockout) without being aware of LeBron James.

      That being said, they tend to blow the JQ out of proportion, and as even Kevin MacDonald (well, he runs Occidental Observer, so it’s inevitable that the JQ will be forever present) has admitted, the suicidal tendencies of WASP’s and lack of ethnocentrism on the part of white gentiles is the greatest problem.

      I think a brief introduction to the JQ, using non-polemical language, is sufficient. They can then let the audience connect the dots.

      Otherwise, by relentlessly focusing on the JQ, they just conform to the stereotype that WN’s are these neo-nazis obsessed with Jews and Jewish conspiracy theories.

      Other white nationalists are really bad offenders in this regard.

      David Duke in particular. For starters, his embrace of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and the holocaust conference in Iran set back WN’s image a few years. White Americans may agree with some of what Duke says, but will be turned off by that sort of behavior.

      Also, while appearing on Russia Today and discussing Jewish power and their anti-white agenda, Duke went on to say “we are all Palestinians now.”

      I wanted to puke. The situation of white America is very serious, but to even begin to try to compare white America with the Palestinians is beyond absurd.

      I also agree with GSG that WN’s jumping on the Palestinian bandwagon is a very bad idea. Sooner or later, WN’s will no longer be able to use Palestinians as rhetorical ammunition, and since Pali’s could give a fuck about white advocacy, well, you get my drift.

      In the end, it’s an unwelcome distraction.

      The ineffectiveness of the organized white nationalist movement, which cares more about ideological purity and spewing empty rhetoric than actually getting things done, is probably the main reason I no longer identify as a white nationalist.

One expat Palestinian living in Britain even claimed that Palestinian schools were superior to British schools! Western Arabs will portray themselves as poor and impoverished when they want affirmative action or something similar, but otherwise they like to portray themselves as superior to European students. At least other ethnic minorities are consistant. Blacks and Hispanics typically don’t claim to be superior students to whites, and Asians don’t demand affirmative action. One day I decided I don’t care about Palestinians anymore.

          I never defended Israel at all, and you know I’m very critical of organized Jewry outside of Israel and feel they have no place undermining Western society. I find it interesting that you never comment when I criticize organized Jewry but only respond to comments about the Palestinians.           Actually I tend to stay away from jewish political sites and the lamestream media, so most of what I post here is a response to what I read elsewhere. I’ve read a lot of Middle Eastern and Western Arab publications and crap from liberal jewish assholes which is where I learned about Arab behavior. I will have you know I don’t have a unique relationship or romantic vision of Israel at all. I find the Israeli government to be corrupt and Israeli culture to be quite artificial. I haven’t been to Israel since 2000, turned down a trip after high school, have no plans to travel there and urged my sister to stay away from the territories and not join the IDF when she goes after she graduates from high school. She’ll probably go to girls’ yeshiva and maybe volunteer with Magen David Adom which is fine by me. But I tell her not to let Israeli politics or the holocaust define her identity. I don’t go out of my way to buy Israeli products (though I won’t go out of my way to avoid it either or buy crappy, over priced Palestinian products either.) I don’t go to Israel rallies or join Israel support groups and if there was an America First Party, in which I could feel comfortable and for which Palestinian statehood was not an issue I would join in a heart beat.

      I interviewed MacDonald a while ago and I did not think he hated Jews at the time at all. I actually thought he was a Judeophile!

It ain’t fun to be Palestinian right now, in terms of the actual military occupation, but the so called refugee camps aren’t that bad. they are well funded by the Arab oil emirates and they are the pet cause of the UN. People have their own apartments, running water (although Israel often deprives them of such), and electricity. The refugee camps in Nepal and the Congo were a thousand times worse.

    I am no longer a White advocate and I am no longer pro-White. Once you say you are one of those things, you get all sorts of nasty and ugly “friends,” most of whom are racist WN assholes. 99% of the people who say they are pro-White or White advocates are racist shits. I’m not a racist shit. So fuck being a White advocate, and fuck being pro-White.

    Plus, 99% of pro-Whites are rightwing and they all hate socialism. They claim socialism is bad for Whites. I know a lot of Whites whom it would be great for.       I’m not so much pro white as I am anti PC, as it has come to define our culture and interfere with our daily lives. A year ago, I had no opinion on immigration. I tended to believe the traditional argument that they do the work that others’ won’t do, they can help populate dead areas etc. But now Irealize that we have to alter our culture to go out of the way to accommodate them.

      Lasha was so defensive of Rachel Corrie, when JasonSpeaks dismissed her as a Portland hippie. It seems she is just using the WN recent adoption of the Palestinian cause (allies wherever you can find them) to gain more sympathy for Arabs and to reap the benefits of being an oppressed minority One really has to wonder. She seems unfamiliar with Kevin MacDonald, and probably hasn’t even read his books. She called jewish women promiscuous and sexy, so that just about seals as no WN would ever call Jewish women appealing :)

I don’t expect him to be a philosemite, but he pretty much echoes Phil Weiss on ending Jewish tribal identity and gloats about the intermarriage rate and birth decline among Jewish women and says that Orthodox Jews are xenophobic, which is not true at all. I think Orthodox Jews are more in touch with the majority of Americans than secular jews are.

        I’m glad other moderates such as Walt & Mearsheimer have not gone down that road.

I find it amazing that non arab muslims (whom Levantine Arabs generally look down upon,) would go out of their way to defend and protect Palestinians, often risking their own reputations in the process. Other ethnic minorities such as Blacks and Latinos also seem to have the backs of Palestinians, though it’s clear Arabs are simply using them for support (whatever that’s worth) and more importantly for conversions. Otherwise, Arab Americans like to fashion themselves as a model minority, quite similar to Asian Americans.

      GSG -Maybe I can explain?

      You are correct that it is the P.C. Ultra-Left that trumpets the virtues of the Pallies- (and all “oppressed” non-Whites, face it),

      The problem is that when someone hates the Pallies, and we know the person is Jewish, it is assumed that the person is being a knee-jerk, hating them for a “tainted” reason, an irrational, predetermined, “racist” reason, that results from emotions caused by the known race conflict between the two groups.

      The same logic is applied to everyone else, GSG, so don’t feel singled-out. If an Arab spouts anti- Jew, anti-Israel stuff, I tend to tune it out as too biased and corrupted to be taken seriously.

      I tend to want to listen to “atypical” sources. For instance- I wouldn’t look to a Republican to hear criticism of Democrats- I would listen to another Democrat, or a neutral party.

      I have found that people want proof that you are objective, at least partly. The only way is to appear to break party ranks. Concede things to the other side. Then, you’ll come off as more trustworthy on what might appear to be a loaded subject for yourself.

      For instance, conceding the Pallies/Arabs have some very valid beefs, while also acknowleging their faults, will work better- trust me!

          I don’t mind having GSG call me Gay Area Guy. Considering Gay rhymes with Bay, and that the Bay Area is home to San Francisco, I suppose it’s fitting.

          I don’t like all nicknames though (like when Aaron called me Baggy).

          In defense of Gay State Girl, I don’t think she’s some sort of pro-Israel apologist or anything of the sort. I also don’t think that she has a blanket hatred of Palestinians or Arabs.

          I mean, she more than puts up with various anti-Jewish remarks and even agrees with them at times. I’ve given her tribe a lot of shit, and she still gets along with me well.

          I just think that she’s annoyed with various aspects of the PSM. I’ve seen the PSM up close, and while much of what they do is informative, they do have their issues. And yes, there is a tendency to romanticize the Palestinians as some heroic oppressed people (and yes, I know they’re oppressed, but I still don’t like how many fawn over them), as is typical of leftists.

          Of course, not to mention that even the PSM/groups and individuals critical of Israel are afraid of offending Jewish sensibilities, are always trying to deflect claims of anti-Semitism, and feature various crypto Zionists like Noam Chomsky, Michael Lerner, and Uri Avnery (even though calling an Israeli Jew a Zionist is a bit redundant, my point stands).

          I myself could never get on board with the PSM, considering they ally themselves with other left wing campus groups (including black activist groups). As Keith Alexander of the Political Cesspool would say, you can’t let the camel’s nose into the tent (no pun intended, since we are talking about Arabs here ;-) )

          All joking aside, the PSM does have issues.

          I’m the exact opposite of Chomsky, Lerner, Avnery. I believe it is very necessary to criticize organized jewry, but that the Palestinian Solidarity Movement is cultish and agenda driven. I don’t mind more objective moderates such as Richard Goldstone (before he rejected his thesis) and feel that they should have the final say in how justice is implemented, not members of the PSM.

        I’ve always been upfront and honest that I don’t really care for the Palestinians but I never denied them justice. I won’t go out of my way to prevent someone else from helping them, (believe me I’m a sick girl with my own problems), but I don’t feel it is my duty to take it upon myself to help them as others have suggested and I won’t be erecting any monuments of them in my living room.
        I like you, at least you had the decency to compare Gaza to the slums of Mumbai, thus implying that Palestinian sufering is not unique.

          Granted the 9/11 truth movement is pretty shitty who almost exclusively focus on things like if bombs were in the WTC buildings or if a missile hit the Pentagon, etc instead of focusing primarily on the hijackers themselves culminating in a huge, vastly complex conspiracy.

      I do enjoy arab cuisine (though their music is atrocious) and the Arab world has some spectacular architecture. They did make some contributions to algebra and alchemy, but to say they were entirely responsible for the foundations of math and science are misguided at best. Cultural marxists often white wash Islamic history and overlook some of the more negative aspects of the golden age. Gay Area Guy (an unbiased source) has told me so. I love Persians and do try to get along with Pakis to maintain a peaceful environment. I wouldn’t start a fight with Arabs in real life, but am generally skeptical of them.

      I am a proud jew but realize we need to change in order to be more respectful and respected. I would have an easier time criticizing Israel if the Palestinian Solidarity Movement weren’t so cultish.

        I was unable to locate a master list of the figures in all the Madame Tussauds in the world. There was at least one Bin Laden displayed in Berlin–don’t know if it’s still on display. Don’t think Dick Cheney made the cut; he’s only a vice-president.

        Seems to me that in recent years the focus has been mostly on celebrities. Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber were added this year.

    How can they get the exact measurements for dictators that lived in the 19th and early twentieth centuries?

      I’d think it would be quite feasible to make a very likeness of Hitler, even without measuring him, as there were so many photos and films–even before help from computer programs became available (the first Tussaud model of Hitler was done in 1933).

      Though for the older figures–the collection includes wax heads of Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI that Mme. Tussaud made from death masks of their guillotined heads–as well as figures she cast from life of the French royal family, Benjamin Franklin, and Napoleon.

      If any of the clothing survives in a museum or family collection you could get measurements that way. And from photographs: how does he compare standing next to a known architectural feature or a known make and model of automobile or carriage, etc.

    I have respect for many who advocate libertarianism and socialism in an intelligent manner, but both of these positions (traditionally defined) strike me as a bit extreme. On the one hand, it seems to me that a country with a largely unregulated market economy is bound to grow unstable and impoverished as a result of the development of externalities, lack of public goods provision, and social problems caused by those who cannot compete effectively due to a lack of human capital (e.g. intelligence, skills, motivation).On the other hand, full-blown socialism (i.e. complete government ownership and imposition of economic equality) would presumably extinguish the material incentives on which worker productivity and technological innovation depend.

    I tend to favor moderation in public policy, including economic affairs. My own views on these matters are close to those of the old Whig Party, which advocated a government that actively promotes the integrity and dynamism of the market economy through such policies as protective tariffs, public support for infrastructure construction, and the development of educational and cultural institutions.

    Another interesting video on racism in Russia. About halfway through, there’s an interview with a white student from America who was beaten in the streets by Russian skinheads. Supposedly he was mistaken for being from one of the Central Asian countries. But he looks as white any white guy to me! Russia is a sick country.

    I understand for example how evolution will cause nocturnal animals to have retinas more sensitive to light or for giraffes to have long necks to eat their main food source. What I don’t understand is how very complex behavioral traits like bee language(which seems to be inborn and not learned) arrived through natural selective processes. I just don’t understand how that happens.
