Also, studies seem to indicate that capture, neuter, release doesn’t even work, though it is promoted by feral cat lovers. Sure, the already wild cats quit breeding, but since their numbers are constantly being replenished by new cats being dumped off, the population is continuously resupplied with new breeders.
