In this amazing video, a young African man in France approaches a young White girl in a sexual manner. She shakes her head no and tries to get away from him. He reacts by slapping her very hard in the face. Another African then quickly runs up to her and kicks her to the ground. Her friends then help her to her feet and start to walk away.

I must admit that this behavior is pretty uncivilized even by Black standards. I honestly have never heard of US Blacks, that is African Americans, doing anything along these lines. Of course they assault women, but the behavior in this video does not seem typical.
I honestly think that even US Blacks are quite a bit more civilized than African Blacks. After all, they have had 300 years or so of Westernization in which much of their African culture and tendencies have been dampened down. Africa was truly a Hellish nightmare before the Whites showed up, and since then, it has actually been civilizing. If you think Black Africa is horrible now, you should have seen it 150 years ago when the first White explorers showed up. Africa has actually been seriously civilizing for about 150 years now. That said, they still seem to far behind even US Blacks.
I really dislike HBD reductionism that sees US Blacks as “Bantus.” That’s just genetic reductionism, and it’s ridiculous. Obviously there is a bit of truth there, but it leaves out the huge effects of culture on genes. We are more than our genes!

I have similar feeling about the US. I think epic beard man’s beatdown on that violent nigger was great, and the fact that those black girls who robbed his bag got arrested was great too. The problem is the general anti-intellectualism that pervades this country’s culture. Therefore, we don’t need to take the Amy Chua approach. Rather, we should instill in kids intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn more.

I believe that internships should be required for every undergrad and high school student and available as early as late middle school. Exposure to the professional world is more valuable in later life to a student’s educational than most extracurricular activities and general education (non major) courses. Every generation has less and less exposure to the professional and working worlds in their youth and are being exposed later in life. While many students may hold part time jobs in high school or college, your average middle to upper class student is not exposed to the professional or working worlds until they have graduated college and most are not making a decent living until they are 25. When my great grandfather was my age, he was already supporting himself as atextile dealer. My great grandmother graduated Nursing school when she was nineteen. A year later they would have my Grandfather. But the reality is today, people are required to have advanced graduate degrees to make a decent living and many are not making decent livings and can not support prospective families until they are in their thirties. With college tuition increasing, and more general education requirements placed on students, young people are becoming more emotionally and financially dependent on their parents at later ages. Many are not prepared for the harsh realities of professional and working worlds. I do not advocate exploiting young children. The students should begin their internships on a simple level and work their way up.
General Education should focus more on universal things that affect the students lives and apply to everyone. Everyone should be required to take Effective communications, Business, Government, Technology, and Media. Effective Communications would focus on communications for the business world, government, media and other publications as well as 19th, 20th and 21st century literature. More intensive literature courses should be optional. The reality is that most kids these days are not interested in reading Shakespeare or Greek Tragedy and would get nothing out of it. Students should be introduced to Business and Economic concepts as well as have a good understanding of the Government and Legal System and Media, and have excellent skills in technology starting in Elementary school. Traditional subjects should be required as well, but special emphasize should be placed on these subjects as they will make students more enthusiastic about school, especially those in poorer school systems, as they will feel it is more applicable to their lives. In addition, career training should include seminars in all the above areas.
High Schools and Colleges should offer more courses as Pass/Fail and many should be Exclusively Pass/Fail so there will be no stigma attached to taking courses Pass/Fail. This will encourage more students to take challenging courses instead of just worrying about getting straight A’s. Often students choose courses that they perceive as easy, known as “cream puff courses” and select teachers with high ratings in the Easiness category, so that they will get easy A’s. This is reflected by the lack of high school students taking technical courses in Business or Technology, the number of students who choose to take courses in Ethnic/Gender/Sexuality studies rather courses in more traditional liberal arts subjects such as Classics and by sites such as ratemyprofessors.com, ratemyteachers.com, and ratemycourses.com. The result is that students today are not challenging themselves-and being challenged-and receiving a quality education. There shoul be less focus on getting straight A’s than there should be on retaining the information learned in class.
Universities should cut down on the amount of General Education courses as they take up a lot of students course loads. Required General Education should be in the Effective Communications, Business and Economics, Technology, Government, Media, and Foreign Languages as they are applicable to everyone. Students should not have to take General Education in Literature, Humanities,
Dual Enrollment should be available to students who would prefer to get their high school diplomas from community colleges rather than their local high school districts. This would apply particularly to students in dangerous and failing school districts, older students who are not interested in the high school social experience, working students who would want more flexible schedules, and students with social disorders such as Asperger Sydrome, who may not be interested in the high school social scene and often suffer from bullying. Many high school districts have ended their dual enrollment programs because they believe the high school social experience is essential to a student’s developement but this is not necesssarily the case.
Vocational Education should be available in regular high schools and colleges as well as specialty high schools and trade schools. Obviously the schools can not develop degree programs but they can offer it in the form of electives. The reason vocational education is important is because while schools invest a lot oftime and money teaching tolerance on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality etc this does not extend to socioeconomic status. Sure bullying a student of a lower socioeconomic background would not be tolerated, but schools often emphasize getting an academic education rather than a vocational one and it is subtley implied that academic educations and professions-and those who work in them-are superior and more valuable to society than those who work in vocational professions which is certainly not the case. There should be no stigma in pursuing a degree in Carpentry rather than Law. So schools should offer electives in vocational subjects so that students will gain a greater respect for those professions.

Hell, I’ve never heard of anyone of any race other than African Blacks acting this way towards women. Most societies are relatively chivalrous towards females, at least in public. The examples I gave were the man that beat the black woman in Atlanta and George Sodini whose sexual frustration from constant rejection from women caused him to walk into a gym and shoot every woman in site.
What I said in these examples is that these incidents were much worse to women than anything those black guys in France did. Only difference is they weren’t caught on tape so it doesn’t have the same emotional impact. There’s something about seeing it on camera that causes people to react way more than just reading it or hearing about it. I doubt the story would’ve had as much impact on you if you just read a snippet about some black guy in France that slapped a white woman that turned away his advances. You wouldn’t have liked reading it but you probably wouldn’t be nearly as stirred up without the video. And we also can’t discount the fact that whites in general always view black behavior through negative lenses. Studies have even proven that. Like I showed when I posted those examples they did on ABC news where the black kid was stealing a bike and a white kid was stealing a bike, the whites didn’t have nearly the same reaction to it even though the behavior was identical. Of course all the whites in the video would swear up and down that they aren’t racist.
Also, there’s the question of whether this is a rare isolated incident or if attacking women in the street is common for African immigrants in Europe. I’m certain it’s the prior. And if that’s the case, there’s no reason to indict African cultures over a couple outliers. The times I’ve been to Europe, I’ve never witnessed any African in public behaving badly. There may be ghettos of blacks and Arabs in the outskirts of Paris where you’re more likely to see bad behavior, but those place are easily avoided. Hey look, I’m a fair-minded guy. I don’t have any unconditional defense of blacks. If it turns out this is common, then I’ll be the first to say that France needs to seriously rethink their immigration policies and who they’re letting into the country. I don’t really have much of an opinion on N. Korea, though I respect Kim for not caving in to US pressure. I think it’s really more of a regional issue. I remeber a few years ago I saw some news reports that said that N. Korean rocket could hit the western US with nuclear warheads. At first I thought, “Great! Hit Los Angeles!”, but then they screwed up their big missle launching attempt a while later and I really began to question the newsmedia. I really just see as something that the US can use to criticize China because they’re friends. I also question the american media claims about the level of poverty there.
