Eat no more than 18 oz./week of red meat (beef, pork lamb or goat). Risk: colon cancer.

Eat no more than 3 oz./week of processed red meat (ham, sausage, salami or bacon). Risk: colon cancer. Also heart disease.

    Phooey. The world is turning to shit. Once peak oil hits we’ll be lucky to have a daily bowl of groats. Gimme a bacon cheeseburger and a beer.
